The brand is ‘Bhabhiji’ which apparently has all the ingredients that could help in creating antibodies against the coronavirus disease outbreak.
He said that the brand was launched under AtmaNirbhar Bharat Scheme that has been launched in India.
The papad is said to have the ingredients which help in boosting immunity and the antibodies needed to fight COVID-19.
The people heard his speech and felt moved, they believed that something like this could be made.
After all, why wouldn’t people believe him?
He is the sitting member of Parliament for Bhartiya Janta Party from Bikaner, Rajasthan.
He is also the Minister of State for water resources, river development and Ganga rejuvenation and Parliamentary Affairs.
He has passed out from Philippines University and has degrees of LLB and even MBA.
The high level of education has still not given him common sense.
He has said in the video that went viral within minutes of uploading it that this papad will be helpful in our fight against the viral outbreak.
He has become a source of memes throughout the whole country.
Memes on Twitter have been surfacing and they have been trending too.
The worse part is that people are trying to encash the fear and the situations that the victims are facing.
A person tweeted saying, “Fight against Covid-19 update: US govt: We are developing a vaccine. UK govt: We are in stage-III of clinical trials. Indian govt: Ye lo Bhabhiji papad. It will help fight corona.”
The bizarre claim has been made fun of throughout the country and has even bemused the people.
